Sonsuz Duplex Apartment

Sonsuz is a 3 bedroom duplex property which sleeps 5 and is enviably located at the very heart of Kalkan’s quaint Old Town. Part of the original Custom House, the property is only steps away from Kalkan’s own blue flag beach, its picturesque harbour and shops on winding cobbled streets.

Sonsuz offers beach and sea views from all rooms and its spacious interior, with stunning high ceilings and original beam work, has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. This has succeeded in retaining the property’s Old Town charm whilst offering today’s guest contemporary comfort. The Sonsuz boasts its own furnished terrace, offering a perfect spot to enjoy a light breakfast or an early sundowner as the sun sets over Kalkan harbour.

The Custom House Studio

The Custom House Studio enjoys a spectacular location, enviably located in the heart of Kalkan’s historic Old Townm just steps from the beach. This one bedroomed property offers the perfect base from which to enjoy all that Kalkan has to offer, whether it is sunbathing on the blue flag beach, visiting nearby beach clubs, strolling around the chic boutiques or eating in a choice of superb harbour restaurants. This really is the best location in Kalkan!

Part of the iconic Custom House, the air conditioned apartment is located on a bougainvillea clad narrow, pretty Old Town street,  set in a tranquil place, filled with the scents of jasmine and hibiscus nearby.

This bright and airy apartment includes a lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a double bed for those needing additional occupancy. There is also a coffee table and bookcase.

The property’s kitchenette is equipped with electric cooker, hob, microwave, mini bar fridge, toaster, crockery, cutlery and range of glassware, pots and pans. A washing machine is also provided.

There is also a double bedroom with a juliette balcony, which is furnished with twin beds. The room also has ample wardrobe and storage space and air conditioning is also provided. The room has a door which opens out on to the bedroom’s private juliette style balcony.

The bathroom includes a  shower cubicle, wc, sink and vanity mirror.

Veranda 3 bedroomed apartment

The Veranda Apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom property set in a beautiful, tranquil location with sea and mountain views sweeping over Kalkan bay. The apartment also boasts wonderful outdoor spaces including a private dining veranda with stunning sea views. Guests can also enjoy a picturesque pool and pool terrace which is furnished with loungers, tables and chairs and is shared with only one other (smaller) apartment.

A secluded vine terrace also offers comfortable seating – the perfect place to relax for an early morning coffee or something stronger at sundown. A 10 – 15 minute stroll to Kalkan old town, guests can enjoy all that Kalkan has to offer from banks and boutiques to rooftop restaurants and Kalkan’s blue flag beach.
