If you are a property owner who wishes to increase bookings to your holiday home or if you simply don’t want the hassle or time constraints of dealing with clients, I can help to take the pressure off and look after these for you.

I will deal with your bookings from the initial enquiry through to liaising with your property’s meet and greet teams right up until the last welcome home email.  Throughout the season, the owner receives bank transfers and spreadsheets detailing bookings and costs.

I only make a small charge for this service.

In addition, as a marketing professional in the UK, I can help you write any new Owner’s Direct or HolidayLettings entry or update any existing entries and will also help you gain the best from existing photography and help you take new pics where appropriate.

This help and advice is totally free of charge. There are no catches or additonal costs.

Below is a list of activities that I undertake:

Taking initial enquiry and response by email/telephone where necessary

Follow up phone calls and emails (an average of 10 per booking)

Creation/updating of individual booking form with guests name and party details etc

Email of booking form

Receipt of booking form and deposit

Updating of availability calendars

Handling of emails in intervening periods answering queries etc and flight time changes

Receipt of balance

Return of damage deposit

Updating and issue of guest list for the management and maintenance team including arrival and dep dates/apt arr and dep times, party name and number etc

Booking of transfers through Enes or similar on behalf of guest

Regular updating of transfer list and issue of list to operator incl flight time changes

Photography and changes to pics

Changes and updating of info on Owners Direct where necessary

Banking of all cheques and direct transfers to your account.
